prepared retail packs Tenderlean has recently opened an
extensive new plant. This plant employs the latest technology
and meets the highest EU approved standard of hygiene. It
produces a wide range of controlled atmosphere packs of
Beef, Lamb and Pork including the new premium range of Certified
Aberdeen Angus Beef, to meet the highest standards of quality
for the discerning customer.

Catering Range
Developed specifically with top chefs,
restaurants and hoteliers and in mind the Tenderlean Brand
will offer a unique range of primal and portioned cuts
prepared to exacting quality specification be it, Traditional
Beef, Certified Aberdeen Angus Beef, Irish Lamb or Fresh
Pork. Only the finest naturally reared livestock are selected
for the Tenderlean Brand, linked to strict carcass specifications
from fully approved farms in conjunction with EU and AA
Society criteria.
Unlike other beef both Tenderlean Traditional
Beef and Certified Aberdeen Angus Beef is matured on the
bone for up to three weeks in temperature controlled rooms
when it is then boned and cut to specification before
being vacuum packed.
